Prices
All prices include fresh bed linen and towels along with heating and electricity (cot also provided on request along with bedding). Changeover dates are Saturdays apart from Christmas 2006/2007. (Over the Christmas and New Year period the price includes a fully decorated Christmas tree).
Short breaks are available off peak minimum of two/three nights in low season.
